Refund and Returns Policy

At Semi Rad Productions, we want you to enjoy the retro experience. However, because we are a small indie studio selling both physical and digital goods, we have specific guidelines for returns.

1. Digital Downloads (Games & ROMs)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on digital downloads are final. We cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or a license key has been revealed.

• Exception: If a file is corrupted or technically defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement copy.

2. Physical Goods (Boxed Games)

We accept returns on physical items (such as boxed editions) under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original shrink-wrap or packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened game boxes unless the media itself is defective.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your game box arrives crushed, or if the floppy disk/media is unreadable:

• Please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include a photo of the damage.
• We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
